How to use the deck

Each card represents a fictional Meridian worker. You can chat with them about their general role and responsibilities. Their answers are illustrative, not authoritative — treat them as a discussion partner, not as a source of fact about real companies or people.

What this deck is not

The workers are composite educational characters. They are not modelled on specific individuals, and they should not be quoted as if they were real industry experts.

Classroom tips

Encourage learners to interview workers across divisions to surface tensions (for example, Strategy & Portfolio vs. VP Product, or Innovation Programmes vs. CFO) rather than chatting with one worker in isolation.
